Lindsay Zimmerman is the Hepatitis C Treatment Coordinator at the Tennessee Department of Health (TDH). Prior to this role, she worked as the Viral Hepatitis Case Navigator and Perinatal Hepatitis C Case Navigator for the Northeast region of Tennessee. She was active in linking patients with Hepatitis C into care, providing prevention messaging, and case managing clients involved in Hepatitis C treatment. She joined TDH in 2014 and has worked in various health departments and clinics across the Northeast region. Lindsay graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 from East Tennessee State University and worked in a local community hospital after graduation. In addition to public health, she has a nursing background in pediatrics and medical-surgical nursing.
