Allie Phillips (she/her) is the Syndemic Screening and Testing Coordinator at the Tennessee Department of Health. As part of the Syndemic Coordination Program, she creates academic detailing and educational materials for all audiences on various conditions in the syndemic. She also supports the program’s online networking platform, sharing opportunities and events to over 400 community partners statewide. Allie is currently enrolled in a program to become a Certified Public Manager through the University of Tennessee Institute for Public Service.

Previously, she worked with the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) as a Population Health Manager. During her time with VDH she oversaw population health for 7 counties in rural Southwest Virginia. This also included managing a team of Health Educators who oversaw the districts Harm Reduction, Maternal & Child Health, and Title V State Sexual Risk Avoidance Education programs. Allie received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science at Messiah University and a Master of Public Health at Texas A&M University.
